Here's the story, from our perspective: ROOS, BIA, and others are at war with EBG and WTF. EBG's side has the advantage - roughly 4.5 billion to 3.8 billion. IPG enters the war and starts attacking ROOS, possibly by EBG's request (ROOS has heard several different stories from IPG here), heavily tipping the scales in EBG's favor. WTF drops out because of this. Shortly afterwards, the ceasefire that has been agreed upon before IPG attacked us went into effect, and EBG/BIA/ROOS were at a truce. This left IPG hanging, as SDM and BT had joined in to help ROOS from being utterly smashed. A little later, we offer a proposal: we will cease firing on IPG if they agree to remain neutral with EBG and Red (obviously, assuming the sides weren't WAY unbalanced). IPG declined, and did not offer any counter-proposal. Enter Rainbow on BT. Rainbow attacks BT to bring them out of this war, and blows are still being exchnaged with IPG/SDM/ROOS. We start discussing again, where Lektar is completely unmoving or willing to do anything -- we even offered a complete, no-condition, blanket peace for all alliances involved at this point - which was declined. More blows exchanged. Lektar then announces that IPG is willing to do anything it can to destroy SDM at any cost, essentially declaring Jihad on SDM. Other alliances are brought in to hit SDM, including RAGE and Sorrow. He also invites every alliance in the game to attack IPG if they want to (in the same message). And blows continue. Stories we recieves from IPG remain very inconsistent, not only depending on who we talk to, but when. A while later we all agree to have a ceasefire across the board for this last weekend, with negotiaton to begin again on Monday. Nobody from IPG contacts us Monday -- Instead, 4 IPG members attack a fellow in BT, and also strike a ROOS member, without so much as a word. Supposedly (according to Muffins or Calvin), they didn't even tell IPG about this, and IPG was thinking that ROOS has broken the ceasefire which is a blatent lie. Sorry if I left anything out or had it out of order; IPG has decided to continue this war indefinitely at this point, through their actions repeated dishonestly with us.
