Attributes

  • Males get +1 strength, Females get +1Dex
  • Starting PP is Mana + (WillPower / MagicPenalty), where MagicPenalty is based on class (Spellcasters = 2, Most = 4 to 8, Heavy Fighty Types = 10 to 16)
  • Base Alignment is 2000, 0, or -2000 depending on Race. Druids always start at 0, Necromancers have this value -1500, Healers get +1000.
  • Experience Modifiers (Higher means more exp required to level):

  • Hurthlings get a special *4/5 bonus, Gnomes a special *3/4 bonus, Humans *6/7. Trolls get a *2.5 penalty.
  • You can never start burdened - your strength will be raised enough so that you can handle the weight. This is most abuseable for Weaponsmiths since they start with a very heavy 1000s anvil; this can give weaker races (especially hurtlings) a large, free Strength boost.
